Terms of Service
- Shipmore Couriers shall not be held responsible for any damages that occur during transportation from Miami to Kingston, Jamaica.
- A valid form of identification must be presented at the time of collection or delivery.
- Invoices for packages that are not collected within 30 business days of receipt will incur storage fees as follows:
- 0-20 lbs: 150.00 JMD
- 21-50 lbs: 300.00 JMD
- 51 lbs and over: 400.00 JMD
- All packages must be collected within 60 days. Failure to do so will result in Shipmore Couriers relinquishing all responsibility for the packages. Unclaimed packages will be sold to recover any outstanding costs.
- Shipmore Couriers will not be liable for packages that we have not confirmed as received at our US warehouse.
- Shipmore Couriers shall not be liable for packages that go missing due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, including cases where the customer number is omitted. We rely on Shipmore Customer Numbers as the unique identifiers for tracking and managing our customers’ packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete address details and customer information at the time of shipment to ensure successful delivery.
- We reserve the right to inspect the contents of all packages received at our facility.
- Any illegal activity or restricted items discovered during inspection will be reported to the relevant authorities. A list of restricted items is provided below for your reference.

Restricted Items
Restricted Items Include:
- Ammunition
- Firearms
- Firearm parts
- Swords
- Toy Guns (BB Gun, Water Gun, Plastic Gun)
- Pepper Spray
- Radar Detectors
- Unprocessed meat
- Fireworks
- Gas
- Poisons
- Cash
- Gas powered tools
Items that require permits include:
- Supplements
- Pesticides
- Plants
- Seeds
- Honey
- Fur and animal products
Special handling products are usually small quantities of personal use items. They take a minimum of two weeks to ship and may attract additional fees.
These items include:
- Aerosol cans
- Nail polish
- Beauty Products
- Creams
- Deodorants
- Gels
- Mouthwash
- Car shocks
- Sunblock
- Perfumes
- Oil Candles
- Non-Corrosive cleaning solutions

🚚 Shipmore Couriers – Service Terms
At Shipmore Couriers, we’re committed to delivering your packages securely and efficiently. Please review our service terms to ensure a smooth experience.
💳 Payment Policy
We operate strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. In rare cases where credit is necessary, it must be approved by Management prior to shipment.
📦 Package Collection & Storage
Customers have 30 days to collect their packages.
Unclaimed packages will incur a storage fee after the 30-day period.
Packages not collected within 90 days may be sold to recover operational costs.
🔍 Inspection & Damage Policy
All packages are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
Any damages found during inspection will be reported to the customer.
Shipmore Couriers is not liable for damages incurred during transit from Miami to Kingston, Jamaica.
✅ Customer Responsibility at Pickup
Upon collection, customers must inspect packages for physical damage and confirm all items are present.
Failure to do so at the time of pickup waives any future claims.
📦 Missing Packages
Claims for missing packages will only be honored if it can be proven that the loss occurred while in our care.
🚫 Restricted & Suspicious Items
Shipmore Couriers reserves the right to refuse shipment of any package if:
The contents are deemed suspicious
The items fall under our restricted items list
